CONTRACT NEGOTIATION COMPONENT - As your exclusive management agency, SMG will ensure all speaking engagement and personal appearance negotiations be orchestrated in the most effective and efficient manner. We retain legal counsel for contract consulting and development in order to solidify project specifications on each engagement. Once you have made the decision to empower StandPoint Management Group to exclusively manage your speaking/training engagements and personal appearances (career modalities set forth in teaming agreement), we will negotiate each paid project within the guidelines of the established relationship. We develop a project specification worksheet to guide us in orchestrating a seamless itinerary and ultimately a successful event. As an integral part of this equation, you will be involved in decisions throughout the negotiation process.
